New Fall Palette from the URS collection!! These shadows are highly pigmented! They have the same technology of loose pigmented shadows put into a pressed compact! This mean you get true pigmented color, meaning true to color shades! I've had the pleasure of using these beautiful colors at a recent wedding!!
